Active Participation

Engage actively in Butterfly Collective events, workshops, and programs designed for learning and growth, while taking initiative to seek opportunities to connect with mentors and fellow mentees.

Promote Inclusitivity

Encourage an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.

Celebrate Achievements

Acknowledge and celebrate personal and collective achievements, no matter how small, while sharing successes with the community to inspire and motivate others on their journey of growth.

Accountability

Hold yourself accountable for progress toward program goals and commitments, come prepared to sessions with specific questions or topics, cultivate a mindset that embraces change and views challenges as growth opportunities, and be open to stepping out of your comfort zone to explore new possibilities and experiences.

Communication

Foster open and transparent communication with mentors, sharing challenges, aspirations, and seeking guidance.

Feedback and Reflection

Provide constructive feedback to mentors and organizers to improve programs and events, while reflecting on your own experiences, challenges, and growth to incorporate insights into your ongoing development.
